I started making dog gear in 2020 during the pandemic after scouring for a specific style of harness and leash. After buying tons of options and just not quite being happy, I decided to make my own and haven’t looked back! With the help of a leather worker in my family with all the right tools and knowledge, my journey as a gear maker began.

Since then I’ve made multiple sets, changing little things here and there as the needs arose, and I’m so happy to be able to share everything I’ve learned with other dogs and their people!

I’ve recently done a lot of learning and growth and with that, I made the switch to Fear Free methods in the beginning of 2024. They say it’s a training method but honestly it’s a huge shift in your way of life and it’s been an amazing experience. Unfortunately, finding a company that makes great gear AND aligns with my dog welfare advocacy has been very difficult, so I’ve decided to start my own to share this life with others.
